By Don Nico ForbesIxico PLC said Friday that it has been selected to provide services for a Phase 1/2 study into gene therapy for a rare form of dementia. The precision analytics company said that under the contract, which has a value of 700,000 pounds ($834,680), it will provide MRI imaging services for patient selection and analysis. The study will trial an innovative gene therapy for the treatment of a rare form of dementia, and should last just over four years, it said.
