Azimio leader Raila Odinga has broken his silence on the Azimio flagbearer in the 2027 general elections. Speaking at a burial service in Kitui County, Raila said he has no problem endorsing Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka for the presidency. He assured Kenyans on the roles of the affiliate parties in Azimio saying the co-principals can take charge when he is away. Pressure has been mounting on Raila to endorse the Wiper leader as the presidential candidate in the coming elections. In October 2023, Raila showered the Wiper leader with praises for standing with him in his political journey.
