The 52-year-old surprisingly left Arsenal at the backend of last year to take over at Milan, though watched the team fall just short of qualifying for the Champions League, finishing fifth in Serie A. There have been dramatic changes already, with manager Gennaro Gattuso leaving his post by mutual consent and sporting director Leonardo resigning. According to Italian outlet Sport Mediaset, Gazidis is also pushing ahead with new additions to the coaching staff and wants Forsythe – who he brought to Arsenal in 2014 – to head up Milan’s fitness department.
