Then Bungie changed the name to “enhancement” cores as if that solved things. So while I am not starved for infusion cores, I am sacrificing masterworking most of the time as a result. I could infuse them into the boots I actually like for 2 cores, or I could spend zero cores and just switch to them. But while 700 gloves will not be useful a few months from now so I am free to scrap those drops for infusion, enhancement cores still will be useful so it’s those I don’t want to spend. They…have no infusion cores because they haven’t been playing and their progress stalls unless they start doing inane farming runs.
