A court deferred a plea in a case of conspiracy to injure a person in his profession against Italian sports agent Federico Rosa on Friday. She said the prosecution needs the report which determines whether they will charge Rosa or not. Police informed the court that the charge sheet ready for the suspect was ready and therefore could take plea. "Rosa is a respectable athletes manager, a director of Rosa Associates which manages top athletes some of whom are in court today," said Kigen. However, State counsel Jacqueline Omol asked the court to defer the plea citing lack of medical records of the complainant Elijah Kiprono Boit.
