The young Eddie Garcia in the restored version of Ishmael Bernal’s debut film ‘Pagdating sa Dulo’ (1971) will have its world premiere in Italy. "A is for Agustin," the first feature-length documentary by Grace Simbulan, is under the Out of Competition section and will have its European and online worldwide premiere. In honor of the late television and film legend Eddie Garcia for his invaluable contributions to the industry, the special tribute "Eddie Garcia: Life as a Film Epic" under the Retrospective section presents four feature films and one short film. The restored version of Ishmael Bernal's debut film "Pagdating sa Dulo" and Jun Robles Lana's "Bwakaw" will both have their Italian premiere, online worldwide, and offline screenings. ‘Sinasamba Kita,’ directed by Eddie Garcia in 1982, starring Vilma Santos and Philip Salvador is also part of the retrospective.
