That's when she was finally contacted by the company, which left a voicemail saying she would see a full refund. CBC News contacted Vivid Seats about Noel's tickets, and was told by a spokesperson that "Luc will receive a full refund." "To any future ticket buyers out there, sometimes the cheapest ticket or the best price isn't the best way to buy tickets."
