A man is in a critical condition after his truck rolled on State Highway 1 in Northland. The truck crashed near the intersection of SH15 and Otaika Valley Road, eight kilometres south of Whangarei. "The driver is trapped and in a critical condition," according to a police spokesperson. The last vehicle he saw go past his house was a heavy tow truck, the kind used for towing trucks.
