Credit: From SoftwareIf you remember a while back, there were rumors that From Software was thinking of maybe doing a new Armored Core game, well it seems that the studio isn’t giving up on the classic mecha game series just yet. The last game in the series was the excellent Armored Core Verdict Day on PS3 and 360 back in 2013. So the lack of new Armored Core games has been a bit odd, especially when fans were used to having a new game almost every year since the 1997 original. While this dynamic theme isn’t overly amazing, it is nice to know that From Software hasn’t forgotten its mecha gaming roots at least. As someone that has played and finished every Armored Core game to date, the news of another potential game in the series obviously makes me happy.
