Millfield Manor in Newbridge, Co Kildare, where a fire destroyed six houses in April 2015, is not included in the remediation scheme. He can and must deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end scheme providing 100% redress for owners and tenants living in Celtic Tiger era defective homes.
