THOUSANDS of yellow bicycles belonging to oBike (M) Sdn Bhd are piling up in already crowded Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) depots, taking up much-needed space in the city pounds. This mountain of broken bikes was not the vision the city was expecting.
