CAIRO – 22 November 2024: Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir stormed on Friday the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil city southern West Bank. The Israeli far-right minister performed Talmudic rituals with dozens of settlers. Palestinian media reported that ‘Zionist extremist Itamar Ben Gvir stormed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron [Al-Khalil] in the southern West Bank.’The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued on Thursday an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamine Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. In a statement, the Hamas movement welcomed the court’s decision and call d for expanding the scope of accountability against the Israeli officials over war crimes against the Palestinians. The movement added that this step “constitutes an important historical precedent, and a correction to a long path of historical injustice against our people.”
