TEL AVIV—Benny Gantz, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s rival in a coming election, said Saturday he has accepted an invitation from President Trump to go to Washington to discuss the administration’s plan for peace between Israel and the Palestinians. President Trump has said he would release the plan before Tuesday, after it has been delayed several times since 2018.
