A former New York fashion model has sold a South Pacific island she inherited from her princess mother to a New Zealand buyer for more than $13million. Olivia Cayetana Hallman dropped the price of Pepin Island, in New Zealand's Tasman Bay, from $16million to $13.5million on March 31. The private 518-hectare island, in the nation's south, has now been bought by anonymous Kiwi buyer after spending three years on the market. Pepin Island (pictured) has been sold to an unidentified New Zealand buyer for close to $13.5million'Covid multiplied inquiries, I'd say by one thousand per cent. Ms Hallman was the only child of German Princess Viola von Hohenzollern, who died aged 68 in 2012.
