But Atallah doesn't profess to know the degree to which NFL players are taking such drugs. Under USADA policy, a UFC athlete can be asked to take a drug test anywhere, anytime -- at home, at practice, even at school. Atallah of the NFLPA says that safety is important, but it has to be balanced with the rights of NFL players to be tested. Because of that there's no restrictions on the UFC athlete about when blood can be taken," including before or after a fight.
