The LF-1 Limitless previews a new flagship luxury SUV and hints at what the next-generation LX might look like. And for the first time ever, Lexus is challenging Mazda, makers of some of the world’s sexiest SUVs. Designed at Toyota’s advanced design studio CALTY in California, the LF-1 takes most of Lexus’ past design traits, like the controversial spindle grille and plunging edgy headlight designs, and reinvents them. This is the most aggressive interpretation of the brand’s grille we have ever seen, and according to one Lexus staffer, will not be the last time we see this "extended" grille design.
