According to the reports, The Gunners have offered to double Benzema's weekly wages! Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema is reportedly contemplating quitting the Spanish club to accept Arsenal's record offer to double his weekly wages. According to a report in Express.co.uk, the 29-year-old is apparently grown tired of constant criticism at the team coached by Zinedine Zidane. The Gunners are offering to double his weekly wages from £150,000 to £300,000. Benzema's arrival at the London club could be funded by Alexis Sanchez's departure as the Madrid star is considered to be latter's ideal replacement.
