Each week Irish Times Abroad meets an Irish person working in an interesting job overseas. But it was the Australian active, outdoor lifestyle that had the biggest impact on me, that was my calling. I wanted an outdoors and active type job, which would somehow have a link to Ireland. At the moment we offer a six night fitness bootcamp and also an active holiday for people aged 50 plus. You do active holidays for the over 50s- why is it important for people over 50 to keep active and fit?
