The Irish government says it will work closely with the Kenyan government to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. ‘’Partnering with Kenya in the field the Education is something very caused to our hearts and particularly in the area of STEM. We want to work with Kenya even further in respective STEM education and particularly for young women and young girls’’ he said. Mr. Martin lauded the National Science and Technology Exhibition which is modelled around the Irish BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition (BT YSTE). “The BT YSTE has profoundly influenced Ireland’s economy by fostering innovation, nurturing young talent, and encouraging STEM education.
