The Irish Examiner’s parent group had debts of €16.9 million with AIB GETTY IMAGESThe Irish Times has agreed a deal to buy Landmark Media, the publishing group which owns the Irish Examiner, for an undisclosed fee, bringing to an end months of negotiations.
