The Minister for Sport Shane Ross said that up to 40 million euro will be given to football, soccer and rugby organisations. A resilience fund of up to 10 million will be provided to support the National Governing Bodies of Sport, while 15 million euro will be given to support clubs and a five million euro funding package will support sports organisations in restarting.
