The president expressed Ethiopia’s interest in furthering relation with Ireland based on principle of mutual benefit. The later reportedly said that the former’s visit to Ethiopia is a testimony that the relation between Ethiopia and Europe is stronger. Last year, Ireland disclosed that it will donate €30 million through Irish Aid to support rural development, health and social services.
