MOSUL, IRAQ—A pro-government Shiite Iraqi militia said Saturday that it found a mass containing the remains of about 500 people at a prison northwest of Mosul. Iraqi military forces seized control of Badoush prison from Daesh, also known as ISIS, this week. Human Rights Watch said the group reportedly executed 600 inmates at the prison on June 10, 2014.
