The brothers, members of the police and army, were trapped in their village when ISIS came, Jihad says. The other kids taunt them, shouting, "your daddy is ISIS, your daddy is ISIS." If nothing changes, he says, the disaffected youth across Iraq will grow up to become the next wave of ISIS fighters.
