The prosecutor said Iran had asked Interpol to issue a red notice for Trump and the others. A red notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. A red notice is not an international arrest warrant. Last summer, Iran said it had captured 17 spies working for the CIA, some of whom it said were sentenced to death.
