Will Keane’s first league goal of the season was cancelled out by Maxime Biamou’s second-half strike in a pulsating encounter between two promotion hopefuls. Keane was denied a second just minutes later when he directed a powerful header off the post. A fired-up Coventry returned for the second-half and a defence-splitting pass from Liam Kelly allowed Biamou to slot a composed finish past Will Norris. End-to-end football ensued with the crossbar denying Coventry from taking victory after Callum O’Hare’s delightful flick had looped over Norris and onto the woodwork.
