Experts on Monday (January 19) studying the cause of the derailment of a high-speed train in Spain - which killed dozens of people - found a broken joint on the rails, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation. Earlier, the Spanish transport minister said the crash on Sunday night was "extremely strange" as a train derailed on a straight stretch of the track, ahead of colliding with another train.
