KLANG: Investigation into the Klang International City Marathon 2017 for its failure to apply and obtain a license to organise the marathon, has concludedKlang Selatan district police chief Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Amar Ramli said the investigation paper (IP) have been completed. He added that they have also obtained various documents from the Klang Municipal Council, Companies Commission of Malaysia and among others, the running route of the marathon. Klang Selatan district police chief Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Amar Ramli says the investigation paper (IP) into the Klang International City Marathon 2017 have been completed. Investigation showed that the suspect had broken into the unit before 3am on Monday and awakened the victim who was sleeping. The suspect then held her at knife point and told the girl not to shout while he raped her.
