The remains of the man (30s) were discovered by gardai at a house on St Francis Street in Edenderry, Co Offaly at around 11.45am yesterday morning. His body was removed from the house to Tullamore morgue. A post-mortem is due to take place tomorrow morning and will determine the course of the investigation.
