"This tournament should never have taken place and we will launch a full investigation into the incident, as well as the tournament." The South African Rugby Union has launched an immediate investigation into the death of Zondani. World champions South Africa pulled out of the Rugby Championship that starts this weekend, citing player welfare concerns due to a lack of game-time.
