Police were seen outside a property on Forrest Hill Rd on Saturday. Police are investigating on Auckland's North Shore after a person arrived at hospital with what appeared to be gunshot wounds early on Saturday morning. A police spokeswoman said in a statement that a person showed up at the hospital in Takapuna around 5am. Contact aucklandnewsroom@stuff.co.nzA resident, who did not wish to be named, said police had been looking at a property on Forrest Hill Rd. Another resident, who had lived in the Forrest Hill area for three years, said the property was believed to be a halfway house.
