Invercargill will host one Highlanders game next year, with the remainder of their home games being played in Dunedin. The franchise confirmed this morning that the Highlanders will play the Japanese-based Sunwolves in Invercargill. It will be the Highlanders' first game against the Sunwolves, who had their debut season in Super Rugby in 2016. The side's seven other home Super Rugby games, alongside a match against the British and Irish Lions, will be held at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.
