Apple has unveiled its iPhone 15 range, with a new common charging system brought about by EU law. The phones, which are physically similar-looking to last year’s models, feature new faster chips, new cameras, new colours and new case materials. All four new iPhone 15 models come with a USB-C charging connection similar to the type currently used in most other gadgets and electronics. The change, which was mandated by EU consumer law to stop drawers being clogged up with different types of cables, means that a single USB-C charging cable will now do for all smartphones. There are four new iPhone models, the 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.
