Speaking to Xinhua in a recent interview, Gebremariam said Chinese firms have constructed modern airport facilities in Ethiopia as well as helped Ethiopian Airlines get a strong foothold in the Chinese aviation market. He also said Ethiopian Airlines has partnered with Chinese air carriers to give top quality services to customers in ET's Chinese flight destinations. "Ethiopian Airlines wants to thank Shenzhen Airlines, Air China for the support they have given to ET. The ET CEO further said his airlines is planning to build on its current successful partnership with Chinese firms to make it a long term partnership.
