Maidenhead United Women will step up their pre-season campaign on Monday night (July 17) with a prestigious friendly against the Bermuda women's national team to be played at Holyport FC. However, the team will arrive in England in good form and prior to the Island Games they enjoyed a closely fought fixture with the Magpies’ divisional rivals AFC Bournemouth. Monday night is a great example of that as Maidenhead United Women have the privilege of hosting the Bermuda National Team in the middle of their Island Games campaign. Kick off at Holyport FC on Monday will be 7:30pm and admission will be cash only, priced at £2 at the Summerleaze Road turnstiles. The Magpies will be producing a commemorative matchday programme priced at £1 and the tea bar will be open inside the ground.
