UncategorizedThe Court of Appeal issued an Interim injunction today preventing implementation of the Delimitation gazette for the Local Government polls until December 4. This order will put the announcement of a date for the LG on hold till the next hearing. A petition was filed last week seeking an order nullifying the gazette notification which they say is in contravention of the original recommendations of the Delimitation Committee.
