The interim CEO of San Diego Workforce Partnership, Shannon Moran, is stepping down Friday less than six months after she was asked to lead the nonprofit that helps San Diegans get jobs. Moran joined San Diego Workforce Partnership in 2020 as chief information officer, according to her LinkedIn profile. Callstrom and San Diego Workforce Partnership are being sued by a former employee for alleged race-based and sex-based discrimination in the workplace. Callstrom, who served as CEO of San Diego Workforce Partnership since 2012, has denied the allegations of the lawsuit and anonymous letter.
