NEW DELHI: The Inter-State Council (ISC) standing committee that met on Sunday in the capital after a gap of 11 years saw the participation Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath . The CM, who is learnt to have spoken briefly at the meeting, raised issues with regard to development of Bundelkhand and better coordination between states and Centre. The meeting that went on for three hours was presided over by home minister Rajnath Singh . The role of a governor to grant prosecution sanction against a member of council of ministers was specifically discussed. The recommendations of the standing committee will be placed before the Inter-State Council at its next meeting, home ministry sources said.
