The U.N.’s International Organization for Migration is warning heavy rains and extreme flooding have created over 200,000 climate refugees over the past week across Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, Ethiopia and Tanzania. Kenya has declared a National Day of Mourning on Friday for the more than 200 people who have died in the country.
