IntechOpen Editor Dr. Jorge Morales-Montor will serve as a plenary speaker at the Jornada Académica de Cooperación Biblioteca-Editorial, scheduled for March 4–6, 2026, at the Auditorio José María Vigil of the Biblioteca Nacional de México. As part of the program, Dr. Morales-Montor will present on his experience collaborating with IntechOpen as an Academic Editor, outlining how open access publishing can increase research visibility and broaden academic reach through demonstrated publishing outcomes. He has received more than 35 academic awards and previously served as President of the Mexican Society of Parasitology. The Jornada Académica de Cooperación Biblioteca-Editorial convenes editors, librarians, and researchers to examine collaborative approaches to academic publishing and to strengthen the visibility and impact of scholarly work. The event provides an opportunity to further engage with and support this academic community through in-person interaction.
