LAHORE: A visiting foreign journalists’ delegation led by German DPV President Christian Zarm and Head International Relationship Division Shamsul Haq, visited the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) here on Monday. The delegation, accompanied by journalists from Germany, Iran, Afghanistan, India and other countries who recently participated in the international journalists’ conference, was briefed about the software development and automation of various services for the citizens across the province which has simplified the procedures and extended services under one roof. were being provided to the citizens within stipulated time with status tracking facility, the delegation was briefed. They were also apprised regarding health, education, freelancing, e-stamping and other digital Punjab initiatives and technological innovations undertaken for digitally inclusive Pakistan. The members of the delegation took a keen interest in the technological solutions to various problems.
