Nike PopoolaThe Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers has urged the Federal Government to procure its insurance covers through the brokers. Onigbogi, who was represented by the Vice President, NCRIB, Mr Tunde Oguntade, expressed displeasure on government’s non-engagement of insurance brokers in its insurance arrangements. She said, “The 2020 Group Life Insurance Policy is off the schedule because full premium has been paid on the account for the current year. “We have been talking to them about all these roads, bridges and rails under construction on the importance of the government to engage the brokers. He also said that the council was working with the National Insurance Commission to curb fake insurance certificates in the country.
