Speaking on the choice of this year’s Conference themed “Humanistic Management and Employee Experience”, Rt. Founder, Danne Institute for Research will bring empirical research findings and share on “Employee Experience & Meaningfulness at Work – What Research Shows“. The institute is aimed at solving the challenges that emerge due to interactions between the work place and family responsibilities.
