Some angry Instagram users are reporting an unwelcome change to the way photos are displayed which is wreaking havoc with their painstakingly curated photo grids. Clicking on a user in the Instagram app brings up a scrollable three-wide grid of images allowing you to browse the user’s posts. Most users don’t pay much attention to the layout of this grid, but to many others, the integrity of this layout is a big deal. Many creative Instagrammers pay careful attention to the layout of their images, sometimes creating a large mosaic-like image grid out of several smaller images placed side-by-side.
