That's because the Boeing 737 jets fly into some of the most protected airspace in the world, Interesting Engineering reports. It is believed the airline, known as Janet, operates on behalf of the US government, flying employees in and out of classified locations such as Area 51. It's where the US Department of Defence is said to carry out classified research and trial new military aircraft and weapons. The fleet of Janet aircraft, owned by the US Air Force, also flies to other military bases in California, Utah and Ohio.
