A number of more obscure provisions have been tucked into the 5,000-plus page stimulus bill that Congress is expected to pass later Monday night. The bill contains a number of provisions that are more obscureThe bill allows for the creation of two new Smithsonians: American Women's History Museum and the National Museum of the American Latino. The Latino museum could be housed in the existing Arts and Industries Building (pictured) on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The National Museum of the Ameriacn Latino could go into the renovated Arts and Industries Building or will be constructed on one of three other National Mall sites. Two of the sites are also being considered for the location of the American Women's History Museum, including to the bill's language.
