Ten community compliance wardens, part of the council’s Community Safety Team, are discussing the challenges ahead, starting with the “wake-up”. Many of the rough sleepers are known to the team and, thanks to the cameras, so are their behaviours. The wake-up call is the first part of a compliance warden’s shift.
