The federal government has started collecting data on people affected by insecurity in some local government areas (LGAs) of Katsina State. Team leader Hajiya Nadia Muhammed-Soso said Thursday in Katsina that the goal was to integrate victims into all National Social Investment Programs. She said during an awareness raising session about the survey that the victims had suffered enough and required life-changing support. He commended the Katsina State Government and other relevant stakeholders for all the efforts made to provide relief to the victims of terrorism in the state. Some of the victims listed in the Cuttlefish, Batsari and Kurfi LGAs appealed to the federal and state governments to provide them with shelter.
