He decried that the centre is compelled to work with that budget albeit small to enable them to provide rations. The Public Relations officer commended Frake and Forshelzan foundations for combining their efforts to put smiles on the faces of the members of the facility. “…As we speak, the governmental subvention in terms of feeding is GHC1.80 per day per head, for one inmate. The items the group donated to the Senior Correctional Centre included boxes of bottled water, bags of sachet water, cartons of drinks and hampers.
