Toronto FC striker Jozy Altidore thinks he will need “a little bit of a miracle” if he is to play in Sunday’s MLS Cup final against the Seattle Sounders. But he downplayed the likelihood he would play a part in Toronto’s third final in four years. “That’s where I am and I’ve just got to try to keep trying to get myself there,” Altidore said. The 29-year-old deferred to TFC’s medical staff about what specific milestones he would need to achieve that miracle he says he is hoping for. He has four goals in four games against Seattle since signing as a designated player in January 2015.
